SIS / IT Project Manager (Contract) · Paris, 2022–2023

Galileo Global Education

The problem

A multi-university student experience transformation, selecting and rolling out a new Student Information System and mobile application across campuses, with delivery split across internal teams and external partners.

Role and approach

Supervised and managed the student experience transformation projects, and owned the project test strategy end to end: creating, managing, and executing it across internal teams and third-party partners. Coordinated the selection of a new Student Information System and student mobile application for several universities outside Paris.

Outcome

New SIS and student mobile application selected and rolled out across several universities, with a test strategy run across internal and third-party teams.

Program Manager / Senior Project Manager · Hungary / Denmark, 2023–present

Grundfos

The problem

Cross-border programme coordination across worldwide operations, keeping 6 to 7 parallel projects and multiple workstreams aligned across regions and functions.

Role and approach

Led the programme across Hungary and Denmark for a global manufacturing leader, coordinating a team of 10 and running 6 to 7 projects in parallel across 5 to 6 workstreams: quality assurance and testing, process optimisation, compliance, DevOps and infrastructure, and change management.

Outcome

10 mDKK programme, team of 10, 6 to 7 parallel projects across 5 to 6 workstreams, delivered worldwide.

IT Project Manager (Contract) · 2021–2022

Magyar Posta

The problem

Customer-facing payments and mobile delivery for the national postal and financial services operator, spanning cash flow, payment systems, and online channels in a large regulated organisation.

Role and approach

Led the solution architect team responsible for cash flow, payment systems, and online channels. Created the project test strategies, and reviewed and approved all internal and third-party test plans within scope. Coordinated mobile app feature delivery and prepared the POS tender.

Outcome

2 billion HUF POS tender prepared, leading the solution architect team across payments and online channels.

Project Manager, Multimedia Telephony · 2018–2020

Ericsson

The problem

End-to-end delivery of Multimedia Telephony Application Server features for US clients, coordinated across multi-functional engineering teams.

Role and approach

Owned features end to end, from design through to verification, on the Multimedia Telephony Application Server. Delivered features for US clients in cooperation with multi-functional teams, leading a team of 8.

IT Product Owner (Agile) · 2018–2020

Magyar Telekom

The problem

A legacy-to-digital transformation in telco: a new mobile application and eCommerce webshop, plus migration from legacy systems to a new digital platform for mobile and web.

Role and approach

As IT Product Owner, led the new Telekom mobile application from concept to deployment and managed eCommerce webshop development using Agile with a full delivery team of 25. Planned and prioritised the backlog, ran Agile and Scrum execution across cross-functional teams, collaborated with UI/UX, developers, and testers, and defined test scenarios and cases against system and business requirements.

Outcome

New mobile app delivered from concept to deployment within a year, leading the legacy-to-digital platform migration with a team of 25.

About

A senior delivery partner, now based in Melbourne.

I have spent more than ten years leading enterprise digital and IT programmes across Europe, in telco, insurance, fintech, education, and industry. Along the way I have delivered for global names including Ericsson, Accenture, Grundfos, and Deutsche Telekom, working across Hungary, France, and the UK.

My work sits where two disciplines meet: rigorous programme and project governance on one side, hands-on Agile product ownership on the other. I hold an MBA alongside my PSM® and PSPO® certifications, so I keep delivery tied to the business case, not just the backlog.

Melbourne is now home. The move to Australia is settled and permanent, I have full Australian work rights, and I am available for contract engagements through Athena Project Solutions, the consultancy I founded. I am at my best with a complex problem, a room of stakeholders who do not yet fully agree, and a clear path to bring them together.
