Story 01 · Hungary / Denmark, 2023–present

One programme, two countries, up to seven projects in flight.

The challenge

Cross-border programme coordination across worldwide operations, keeping 6 to 7 parallel projects and multiple workstreams aligned across regions and functions.

What I did

I led the programme across Hungary and Denmark for a global manufacturing leader, coordinating a team of 10 and running 6 to 7 projects in parallel across 5 to 6 workstreams: quality assurance and testing, process optimisation, compliance, DevOps and infrastructure, and change management.

Magyar Telekom

Story 02 · 2018–2020

A new Telekom app, from concept to deployment inside a year.

The challenge

A legacy-to-digital transformation in telco: a new mobile application and eCommerce webshop, plus migration from legacy systems to a new digital platform for mobile and web.

What I did

As IT Product Owner, I led the new Telekom mobile application from concept to deployment and managed eCommerce webshop development using Agile with a full delivery team of 25. I planned and prioritised the backlog, ran Agile and Scrum execution across cross-functional teams, collaborated with UI/UX, developers, and testers, and defined test scenarios and cases against system and business requirements.
